Guarantee Policy

To confirm the reservation is required a credit card charge of the amount of one night.

In case of Non Refundable Rate the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 21 days before arrival.
From 21 days before arrival, the reservation is no longer cancellable or modifiable.

Payment

21 days before the stay, a secure payment link will be sent and will be valid for 48 hours.
If the payment is not completed within 48 hours, the reservation will be cancelled.
No-show or stay changes
In case of no-show, late arrival, or early departure, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

Reservation Remarks

Check-in from 2 pm to 6 pm.

Check out before 11 am.
In case of arrival after 8:00 pm you need to contact the villa manager in advance and a late check-in fee will be applied of 100 euro / suite.
Check in after 8 pm and check out before 7 am require an extra charge of euro 100.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
We kindly ask you to inform us of your estimated arrival time.

Due to its particular position, the villa can only accommodate guests from 10 years old.

Pets are not allowed.

Parking on request (300 mt) at approx Euro 70 per day.
